After switching to RealVision ENB (medium) I am stable at 40-60fps. As a note, the Vividian ENB completely nukes my video card (GTX770). A unique low light vision allows to see in utter blackness once you enter the often times scary Otherside. unless I am mistaken(), ENB is required to properly render those textures. An ENB that lets you ingame and instaneously switch between a vivid, colorful world (this side) and a black-white-red world (Otherside) with the push of a button. People think it isn't working and kill the game. During that time the screen will remain black. ENB+Reshade runs fine on my hardware, but players with Nvidia card are reporting problem with. ENB has to go through 8000+ shaders that come with the game (based on a comment Boris made who created ENB) and hence the load time when first starting the game can be up to 30-60 (possibly longer depending on your PC) seconds.

It is practically half a Skyrim since you can mod it the exact same way as Skyrim and uses the same mods. Regarding Skyrim Special Edition, Boris Vorontsov (ENB developer) is working on it (yay!), but also said that this is not gonna be a quick or simple development, since Skyrim SE has a totally different, much more difficult 3D engine than the original Skyrim, and also because workin with DX11 is much more complicated than working with DX9. Now the problem is I am making ENB+Reshade preset for Enderal, which is a game made with Skyrims engine (legacy version, not Special Edition). So, as I said before, ENB is, on my opinion, the single, most important game-changing modification for the original Skyrim.įor the hopefully few of you who don’t know what ENB is, I suggest googling it and see for yourself what I’m talking about.
